Megan Thee Stallion’s “Hot Girl Summer Tour” is heating up even more, with the demand for tickets reaching a fever pitch. The Houston Hottie took to Twitter to announce the expansion of her tour, just two days after presale tickets flew off the shelves faster than you can say “hot girl summer.”
“Y’all are so amazing, I had to add extra dates for Atlanta and Chicago!” Megan exclaimed in her tweet on Friday (March 22), the day general ticket sales opened. The new shows are scheduled for Sunday, May 19, in Chicago and Friday, May 31, in Atlanta. “Get ready to slay in your outfits and party like there’s no tomorrow in the VIP lounge, hotties! And don’t worry, Houston hotties, I’m working on squeezing in another date for y’all too!” she playfully added.
Among the already sold-out stops on her tour are iconic venues like Madison Square Garden in New York on May 21, the American Airlines Center in Dallas on June 11, and her hometown Toyota Center in Houston on June 14. The tour spans across the United States, hitting cities like Detroit, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Tampa, with special guest GloRilla joining her on the first leg starting May 19. After conquering the States, Megan will take her energy across the pond, kicking off the European leg on June 4 with stops in Paris, Dublin, and London. Her final performance is set for July 27 at the Broccoli City Festival in Washington, D.C.
Megan first announced her tour plans during a segment on “Good Morning America” back in January, expressing her excitement to finally spend a summer doing her thing since 2019. “This summer is going to be legendary, giving my hotties the Megan Thee Stallion experience they deserve,” she declared.
This tour isn’t just about the live performances; it’s also about new music. Megan is gearing up to release her third studio album, marking her first as an independent artist. Following the success of her debut album “Good News” in 2020 and the electrifying “Traumazine” in 2022, fans are eagerly awaiting her next project. While she’s teased us with singles like “Cobra” and “HISS,” the official name and release date of album number three are still under wraps.
Megan Thee Stallion isn’t just an artist; she’s a movement, and her “Hot Girl Summer Tour” promises to be nothing short of legendary. So grab your tickets, get your outfits ready, and let’s make this summer one for the books, hotties!
