FBI Raids Pooh Shiesty’s Tennessee Home in Early-Morning Operation

Rapper Pooh Shiesty is back in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Federal agents executed a raid on his Cordova, Tennessee residence early this morning, deploying flash bangs and loud commands that jolted neighbors awake in the typically quiet community east of Memphis.
According to Fox 13 Memphis, the FBI carried out “a federal court authorized search and arrest warrant” at the property registered under the name Lontrell Williams—a name shared by both the 25-year-old rapper and his father. Authorities have remained tight-lipped about specifics, neither confirming whether Pooh Shiesty was the primary target nor revealing if any arrests were made.
The timing is particularly precarious. The Memphis artist was released from federal prison just five months ago in October 2025, having served a significant portion of a 63-month sentence for a gun charge connected to a shooting incident. He secured his freedom through a plea deal that helped him avoid additional time behind bars.

Since his release, Shiesty has been dogged by troubling rumors, most notably unsubstantiated claims that he kidnapped and robbed his former mentor Gucci Mane. Figures like Adam22 amplified the allegations, though no concrete evidence ever materialized to support them.
Today’s raid suggests federal investigators may be examining new allegations—or perhaps unresolved threads from his previous legal troubles. For an artist attempting to rebuild his career and reputation after prison, a pre-dawn FBI operation with flash bangs is precisely the kind of attention he doesn’t need.
Cordova residents, unaccustomed to such dramatic law enforcement activity, were left shaken by the sudden violence of the morning’s events. As details remain scarce, the rap community and Shiesty’s supporters are left waiting for clarity on whether this marks another serious legal setback or a case of mistaken identity in a shared-name situation.
