What is your Stage Name?
Sin Lied

Where are you from? State / Country?
Florida, USA

What made you want to pursue a career in music?
“A passion for words as an art form.“

Can you share some highlights of your music career if any?
“I won $500 for first place in a music competition hosted by VP Booking.“

How would you describe your style and sound as an artist?
“Sin Lied is a boundary-pushing singer-songwriter weaving raw emotion into a genre-fluid blend of hip hop, alternative trap soul, and melodic storytelling. Inspired by the introspective depth of EDEN and Crywolf, the catchy melodic instincts of Post Malone, and the rhythmic pulse of AfroBeat, Sin Lied crafts music that hits both the heart and the hips. His sound floats between atmospheric and hard-hitting — lush pads and airy vocals give way to 808s and hypnotic grooves.“

“Lyrically, Sin Lied explores love, loss, mental battles, and the restless search for meaning, always from a place of stark honesty. There’s poetry in the pain, swagger in the sadness. An architect of vibes, Sin Lied pairs his sonic world with a striking visual aesthetic — often dark, gothic, and surreal — that deepens the emotional pull of his work. Each release feels like a window into his evolving psyche: vulnerable, cinematic, and unafraid to blur genres or break convention. For fans seeking music that feels as much as it bangs, Sin Lied delivers. This is soul music for the midnight mind — where trap meets tenderness, and shadows dance with sound.“

In what ways do you believe your music resonates with your audience?
“I believe my music speaks on loss, heartbreak, love, mental health, and the human condition. I think everyone can relate to that.“

How do you approach collaboration with other musicians or producers?
“I‘m a very much shake your hand and introduce myself kind of person and it never hurts to reach out via social media.“

Can you share any experiences working with a team in the past? Or are you truly independent?
“I am an independent artist, but I work with other artists to keep each other pushing and driven.“

Have you had any significant achievements or accolades in your career that you’re particularly proud of?
“I am working on putting together a tour for mental health and suicide awareness. The goal is to bring people together so they can be seen and heard.“

What motivates you to continue pushing yourself as an artist?
“My family, friends, and partner keep me going with their support and love.“

Have you faced any challenges in your career, and how did you overcome them?
“Imposter syndrome was the biggest hurdle. My support system has made that melt away throughout the past few months.“

How do you engage with your fan base on social media, and what role does it play in your overall strategy?
“I am the artist and social media marketer.“

What is the next single you want to release?
“My next single, “Come Find Me” featuring MCRK Bammo comes out October 9th.“

Bayou to the Booth: NBM MARCELLO’s Rise from New Orleans to the Nation

By PlueskiMay 13, 20250

In the heart of New Orleans, where jazz once reigned supreme, a new sound is echoing through the streets—raw, unfiltered, and undeniably hip-hop. NBM MARCELLO, a name that’s been buzzing in the underground scene, is carving out his own lane with a blend of gritty storytelling and melodic flows that pay homage to his roots while pushing the genre forward. With over seven years in the game, MARCELLO’s journey began with his debut single “Lonely,” a track that laid bare his experiences and set the tone for his authentic approach to music. Drawing inspiration from legends like Lil Wayne, Future, and 50 Cent, he crafts narratives that resonate with listeners navigating similar struggles and triumphs. His latest release, “LEVELS” featuring NBM Rabbit, is a testament to his growth and versatility. The track showcases his ability to seamlessly blend introspective lyrics with head-nodding beats, creating a sound that’s both thought-provoking and club-ready. It’s a sonic journey through the highs and lows of ambition, reflecting the complexities of chasing dreams in a world full of obstacles. But MARCELLO isn’t just a solo act; his collaborations with artists like Ro Got It, Slimsimma, and Joeazzy highlight his commitment to community and the power of collective creativity. These partnerships infuse his music with diverse perspectives, enriching his sound and broadening his reach. Behind the scenes, MARCELLO is deeply involved in his artistry. He writes his own material and often conceptualizes his music videos, ensuring that every visual and lyrical element aligns with his vision. Working closely with producer Staxx TV, he crafts tracks that are both polished and poignant, reflecting the realities of his environment and experiences. Looking ahead, MARCELLO is focused on expanding his influence. While he’s currently unsigned, he’s open to opportunities that align with his artistic integrity. His aspirations include performing in New York, a city whose energy and history resonate with his own journey. With a mixtape in the works and a growing fanbase fueled by friends and family, the future looks promising.Linktree For those seeking music that speaks to the soul and moves the body, NBM MARCELLO is an artist to watch. His dedication to authenticity and his community-driven approach set him apart in a crowded industry. As he continues to evolve, one thing remains clear: MARCELLO is not just telling his story—he’s amplifying the voices of those who share his path.SoundCloud  Check out his new single “LEVELS” featuring NBM Rabbit: YouTube  Follow him on Instagram: @nbm.marcello
