Renowned entertainer Whoopi Goldberg is setting the record straight after becoming entangled in a web of online satire. Addressing the controversy on The View, Goldberg took a proactive approach in debunking false claims connecting her to Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged list of clients.
With conviction, Goldberg highlighted the potential harm caused by satire sites, stating, “I’m just gonna say, there’s been a lot of stuff recently. I don’t know what I’ve done to anybody, but apparently there are a lot of these kind of sites that are satire sites.”
She continued to explain her predicament, “Let me just get my part out. I have to explain because there was a fake list, and I’m on it. Apparently. I don’t know. they said I was on the island, and I’m like, ‘I don’t go anywhere!’” Goldberg’s swift response reflects her determination to address and dispel unfounded rumors surrounding her name.
