Q: How did your journey into music begin?
SBF Ghost: It started pretty humbly—just freestyling over beats like SPM’s “I Must Be High.” I didn’t take it too seriously at first, but that hunger grew. Eventually, I went from dabbling to making beats and writing lyrics that meant something.

Q: Who or what inspired you the most?
SBF Ghost: My inner drive was the biggest push, but my brother Anthony—he goes by Dez10—really helped shape me creatively. He showed me it was possible to go beyond the surface.

Q: How would you describe your sound?
SBF Ghost: It’s rooted in rap, but I like to branch out. I’ve done poetry, played with some Hispanic music influences… it keeps things fresh. I want my music to surprise people and show range.

Q: Any artists you’ve worked with or want to collaborate with?
SBF Ghost: I’ve worked with Lowbandoo, SBF Capo, Sosa, and Dez10. As for dream collabs, I’d love to work with Santa Fe Klan and BigXThaPlug—artists who bring that raw emotion and culture.

Q: Do you prefer to stay independent or are you open to signing with a label?
SBF Ghost: I’m staying independent for now. I like having full creative control—no watered-down version of me. I want to grow a fanbase that rocks with me for who I truly am.

Q: What goes into your visuals and production?
SBF Ghost: My visuals are a team effort. Shoutout to my friend Will—he really brings the vision to life. Production-wise, I work with Basio and Sevv, and I also mess around on BandLab to build my own sound.

Q: What’s in your playlist that might surprise fans?
SBF Ghost: Stevie Ray Vaughan. That blues-rock vibe hits me different. It might not seem like it fits, but it definitely adds depth to how I hear and create music.

Q: What’s next for you?
SBF Ghost: I’ve got a track called “Baby Girl” coming with Lowbandoo, and “Speakin Facts” is out now. I’m just staying consistent, dropping heat, and looking forward to hitting stages—especially in Texas. One day, maybe even tour with someone like Kodak Black.

Q: Where do you see yourself in five years?
SBF Ghost: Honestly? Living somewhere like Greece, just enjoying life, knowing I earned it all through my grind—music, hustle, everything.
