50 Cent Wagers $500k on A$AP Rocky’s Victory

In an unexpected move, 50 Cent has entered the ongoing legal drama surrounding A$AP Rocky’s assault case, placing a bold $500,000 bet that Rocky will come out on top. The mogul, known for his fiery personality and love for making a statement, made the wager public in a fiery Instagram post over the weekend.

50’s confidence in Rocky’s innocence is clear. He’s not only throwing his support behind the rapper, but he’s also dragging A$AP Relli, the man accusing Rocky, into the spotlight for what he perceives as a money grab. “I got A$AP beaten this case, I’ll bet 500,000 on it,” 50 Cent declared, calling Relli’s actions a clear attempt to cash in on the situation.

For context, Relli—whose real name is Terrence Beasley—claims that Rocky shot at him during a confrontation in Hollywood back in 2021. However, Rocky’s defense maintains that the weapon in question wasn’t real; it was merely a prop gun used for a photoshoot, which fired blanks.

The courtroom has seen some dramatic moments, especially during a heated exchange between Rocky’s attorney, Joe Tacopina, and Deputy District Attorney John Lewin. Tensions ran high, with Lewin and Tacopina trading verbal jabs before the judge intervened to restore order.

50 Cent isn’t buying Relli’s narrative, especially after the accuser testified that he was “scared for his life” during the altercation. According to 50, Relli’s actions don’t align with someone truly fearful for their safety. The rapper-turned-businessman also took issue with Relli’s decision to go back to the scene of the alleged shooting to recover bullet casings, a move that 50 deems suspicious.

“Fool said I was scared for my life, so I went back to the scene and picked up these shells. Officer told him, ‘If you want to get some money, go to the hospital,’” 50 Cent said in his post.

Despite the ongoing trial, 50’s bet isn’t just about defending a friend—he’s taking this moment to publicly call out what he sees as a shameless attempt to profit from the situation. With such a hefty sum on the line, it’s clear that 50 Cent has no doubt that Rocky will clear his name in court. Now, all eyes are on how the legal drama unfolds.
