Roddy’s custody battle with Alexandra Kiser recently reached a resolution, providing some much-needed stability. The agreement grants Roddy physical custody of their son from Tuesday to Thursday each week and requires him to pay $8,000 a month in child support. Additionally, he will cover private school tuition, medical bills, special-needs therapy, and extracurricular activities.
As part of the settlement, Roddy also agreed to pay Kiser’s $37,500 legal fees and provide her with $1,000 a month for a car. These terms were settled after Kiser initially sought sole custody, citing concerns about Roddy’s alleged gang affiliations and drug use.
“Rodrick Moore is gang-affiliated,” Kiser alleged in her court filings, using Roddy’s legal name. “He has been arrested on a gun charge, domestic violence and regularly indulges in promethazine use, all of which are concerns for myself and our son.” She also accused Roddy of cutting her off financially and attempting to evict her from a home he provided.
