SnipaBR is one of the most refreshing artists out of the DMV. Born in Washington, D.C. & growing up in Virginia, Snipa started recording music at the age of 13. Now he has a couple heavy-hitting records under his belt, he is featured on Nodis’ “Long Day” which has accumulated over 4 million views across all streaming platforms.
Snipa’s most recent project “Consequences” came out in June, 2020 with features from Austin Skinner, Afterprty, ARAZ, & Grammar. These artists are some of the biggest names to come out of the upcoming Virginia scene.
Some of Snipa’s biggest influence’s range from early 2000 R&B artists & also early 90’s rap. You can hear the influence in his music, yet he still has his own modern spin on it.
Last year Snipa made the move out to LA from Virginia in order to really make a stamp in the music scene. He is currently recording his follow-up project with Sergio Cortez, who has produced & engineered for artists like Young Thug, Nav, Lil B, Nessly, Shy Glizzy, etc. Be on the lookout for what they have in the works.
