Ramzy Da Plug was born and raised in Las Cruces, a small Southwestern city in New Mexico. He always enjoyed music and freestyling as he grew up and within recent years he met a friend who showed him he could turn his hobby into a career. Since then, he began taking it very seriously. He’s focused on investing in himself and networking with those who can help steer him toward the right path. As an artist, Ramzy makes music to reflect things he has personally experienced throughout life. His music is full of substance which can be captured in both trap styles and more emotional sounds as well. Ramzy is a writer who gets deep into thought and writes his music as he reflects on life or day-to-day situations. Ramzy has produced his best work when he’s alone. He is more creative in solitude and feels he can express himself more authentically that way. Crafting emotionally captivating tracks, Ramzy keeps a very diverse portfolio of genres on his plate. He can express himself well with melodies and sing on a track when the vibe is right. His best music is a product of his emotions. When he is put in a certain mood or has an experience throughout the day that he needs to react to, he writes and records. Ramzy is very independent. As an artist he is often faced with crowds, interviews and working in groups so these are all things that he has been getting used to and gaining experience with. Ramzy Da Plug has three singles out now on all platforms, his latest is featuring the legendary Hip-Hop artist, Jadakiss on the intro entitled “Certain Situations”. He has an archive of music built up and is always working. He is focused on releasing his music in a more structured and professional way. He has recently connected with Authentic Empire music group and will be releasing his next tracks with them. Outside of music, he is a business owner and has a clothing & accessories store called “Tha Spot” in his hometown. Ramzy hopes to be known as someone who makes timeless music and can be an inspiration to those around him trying to make it in the music industry as well.
