Australian rap veteran continues to carve his own lane with a powerful blend of storytelling, technical skill, and homegrown grit.

[Perth, Australia – July 3, 2025] — After more than two decades in the rap game, Australian artist KiD CROOK remains a driving force in the country’s underground hip-hop scene. With a career marked by consistency, creativity, and independence, KiD CROOK continues to prove that passion and persistence can outlast passing trends.

His first official release, “Wut I Do” — a collaborative effort with his brother — debuted 17 years ago and remains a cult favorite on YouTube. Since then, he has quietly built a legacy as a prolific and respected emcee known for both his lyrical agility and authenticity.

KiD CROOK’s signature style is a dynamic fusion of fast rap, layered storytelling, and sharp wordplay. He draws inspiration from iconic artists like Twista, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Tech N9ne, and King Iso, while adding his own distinct Australian flavor to the mix.

Over the years, KiD CROOK has collaborated with names such as Seuss Mace, Diggy Dialekt, and Universal, solidifying his presence within the local hip-hop circuit. Notably, he has also shared the stage with Canadian hip-hop heavyweight Snak The Ripper, showcasing his reach beyond national borders.

Proudly independent, KiD CROOK manages all aspects of his career — from songwriting and production to marketing and performance. His grassroots approach has earned him a loyal fanbase and the respect of peers within the scene.

“I’m not here to follow the wave,” says KiD CROOK. “I’m here to make music that lasts — music that means something.”

With new projects on the horizon and a renewed creative energy, KiD CROOK shows no signs of slowing down.
