Tyler, The Creator had a major reason to celebrate during his Los Angeles concert—his friend A$AP Rocky had just been acquitted in his gun assault case.

Tyler’s Reaction on Stage

While performing, Tyler took a moment to share the news: “My brother Rocky is not in cages. That’s why you gotta be careful who you keep around. Some dudes want to see you fail.”

He continued, “Shout out to my brothers. Shout out Rocky. My n***a free. Yessir.”

A Friendship That Runs Deep

Tyler and Rocky didn’t always get along due to tensions between their crews, but over time, they built a strong bond. They’ve worked together on tracks like Potato Salad and See You Again, and even teased a joint project.

Tyler Stood by Rocky Before

When Rocky was locked up in Sweden in 2019, Tyler refused to perform in the country again. Now, as Rocky prepares to release Don’t Be Dumb, Tyler remains one of his biggest supporters.
