Voletta Wallace, the devoted mother of rap icon The Notorious B.I.G., has passed away at the age of 78 from natural causes.
TMZ reported on Friday (February 21) that she died while receiving hospice care in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
Biggie’s fashion brand, Invisible Bully, shared an emotional tribute on Instagram, honoring Ms. Wallace as “our mother, our matriarch” and acknowledging her efforts in keeping her son’s memory alive.
