1. How would you describe your musical style?
My style is on a energy level. I love to cater to vibes. I love melodies with firm poetry. So you get your Hip-Hop, some R&B, and a lot of whatever I’m feeling through the instruments.
2. What is the first album you owned?
My 1st Album was 2PAC ALL EYEZ ON ME. I fell in love with how smooth/effortless 2PAC flowed over a beat. He highlighted certain instruments you wouldn’t know were there with a simple ad-lib. Listening to the album made me feel there was no way I could get in trouble cussing because I’m singing good music, I should have a pass lol.
3. How do you prepare before going up on stage?
Before going on stage I get in my Muhammad Ali mode. I got to loosen my shoulders and legs up. Bounce around a bit you know because I’m going out to shine and I want to be ready for all the energy I know I’m about to ignite. It’s such a rush. At that moment I know I’m about to hear me on the speakers just jammin!!! I hit my smile and get ready to deliver.

5. What’s a song that has been stuck in your head these days?
True Phoenix by me. The hook draw me in and I instantly believe the LYRYKS. If I’m feeling off in my energy or things are going crazy and I can’t control it, I jam this song and snap back into lets get it mode.
6. Who’s your favorite artist?
I have so many. I rock with 2PAC, Scarface, Devin The Dude, Too Short, Nate Dogg, DJ Quik, Heavy D, Snoop, Ice Cube, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Queen Latifah, MC LYTE, EVE, Charli Baltimore,DMX, I can go on and on. I will say the most influential one to me is 2PAC I just gravitated towards him more as an artist and all around being. He literally showed me go out and go get it done.
7. Tell us about the first song you made. Was it a success or a failure?
The 1st song I made was such a story to tell. I made it with my Aunt Notti B. We sat down and wrote the song so fast and so quick we looked at each other and said, “All we need to do is record this now.” I looked at her with a confused look because I was just helping out with the lyryks. I wasn’t planning on doing anything further, didn’t care to. Of course she wasn’t taking no for a answer. It never really snows in Dallas but we had sleet and snow everywhere! I told her to watch out for black ice so we won’t slide you know? She said ok and we good. Well well well, we ended up spinning out on the freeway facing oncoming traffic from driving on black ice. We were perfectly fine, no harm to the car. Did we go home? Noooo we drove slowly to the studio. Recorded “Omniverse” and to me it is a complete success. After “Omniverse” I knew music was my love.
8. What is the story behind “FILL IN BLANK”
The story behind LYRYK MUZIK is a very intense movie with every emotion and thrill behind it. A lot of growing and figuring out life through every single experience. I put everything that has lifted me up and everything that has broken me down!! Into my art because I see myself as my own Book. Everything I have been able to get through was because I put my Belief, Faith, and Trust in GOD. The Bible helped me relate life lessons to those who have their own books in the Bible. Such as Job, Jonah, David, Daniel, and Noah. God used them to get his point across. I hear him loud and clear. I feel real “The Book of Eli” vibes you know.
9.If you could pick one or the other, what would you choose, the money or the fame?
I would pick money. The fame I already have. Having money allows me to duck off in a place the fame can’t reach me when I want to have my peace. Having the money, I can get myself famous if I wasn’t already and double my ROI by investing in Real Estate, Forex, Bitcoin, and my own personal businesses.
10.If you could go back in time or in the future, which one would you choose and why?
I would go back in time just to have my family together. Just to see them and see how much fun it was with everyone here. Pieces get took from you EVERYTIME a loved one ascends from this world. I would go back in time to bring them back to the future with me to show them they’re prayers for me got us here!!
